Fixed my Raleigh tenspeed’s shifting problem; kinda hard for a friction shifter to operate with a lack of friction. hurray for max cadence. I like this bike a lot. It’s a mid80s model Rapide and its just nice. Heavy af, but nice.

Bike commuting, really hitting the pushups, no soda, no junk food. I can’t wait for this to pay off but I already feel better after 3 days, just in a better mood. :)
